We are always specialized in manufacturing quality food products but have evolved to offer so much more. Our main stake holder is the customer. We have achieved a milestone in manufacturing “soya sauce”. Edinborough is the largest soya sauce manufacturer in the Island. We also produce customized ready to consume food products, ingredients, and value added products. Further we manufacture PET bottles and produce mineral water.

Combined with the expertise of our Packing Division we are able to achieve a well consistent delivery schedule. Centrally located warehouse, distribution centers and availability of fleet of delivery vehicles (normal & freezer facilities) ensure the customer receives his goods at the right time at utmost condition.

Edinborough possess a modern lab at the plant. Well qualified lab technicians bring imagination and innovation to the arena of product research and development. Our employees engaged in manufacturing plant are guided by the production manager.

We produce Food products and follow HACCP programs & procedures. Our products are Sri Lanka Standard (SLS) certified and have obtained HALAL certification as well.

We are proud to develop products in our State-of-the-art facility, which features:
